Our rotating monthly menu built around seasonal flavors and trending ingredients keep the experience fresh, memorable, and worth revisiting again and again.

Our menu is built around wood-fired crostini, Neapolitan Pizzas, and artisan toppings emphasizing bold flavors, premium ingredients, and fast Service. Each item is crafted for vibrant presentation, shareable bites, and unforgettable taste. From Vibrant brunch items like our black cherry Cream cheese Challah french toast to our artisant personal pizzas, Tango & Dough's offerings are flavor-forward and chef-driven. Every dish is engineered for visual impact, layering textures and colors with refined detail.Our bar program centers around fire-infused mixology, seasonal botanicals, and glowing presentation all at the ppour of our craft draft system. Expect cocktails that spark conversation from smoked Elderberry Gin Spritz to Orange Blossom espresso martinis.

The Culinary

Tango and Dough is a one-of-a-kind wood-fired  kitchen and social lounge built inside a custom-designed shipping container in Fort Lauderdale. Blending elevated small bites with a laid-back social forward atmosphere, it’s a destination where guests can indulge, connect, and create. Whether they’re savoring artisanal wood-fired bites, sipping craft cocktails, or capturing the perfect shot, Tango and Dough is designed for experience where food, fire, and culture collide.

The Concept

From flare bartending and open kitchen theatrics to QR code-driven content and brandable moments, every visit is designed to entertain, engage, and be shared. Professional photography will is incorporated to capture moments daily, instantly delivered through QR codes at each table for takeaway memories and social sharing. Strategically placed QR codes throughout the venue unlock short tutorials on taking perfect food and selfie shots, leveraging lighting, angles, and the venue’s curated design. Tables, walls, and seating incorporate slate, moss, walnut, and smooth stone to provide photogenic contrast and natural textures elevating the background of every photo and video.

The Experience

The aesthetic is sleek yet organic charcoal slate, Cherry blossoms, glowing amber lights, and soft ivy create a sensory-rich environment. Inspired by both nature and nightlife, our container builds are designed to be both photogenic and inviting. Tango & Dough is not just designed for aesthetics — it’s engineered for interaction. Every surface, texture, and fixture within and around the shipping container contributes to a layered visual and sensory experience meant to empower guest creativity. Discreet lighting rigs around tabletops and service counters softly illuminate dishes, helping guests capture professional-quality food content with their phones. This is design that performs — not only functional and beautiful, but an extension of the brand’s content-first philosophy and an invitation to every guest to become part of the show.

After 15 years spent behind the lens capturing the essence of bars, restaurants, food, cocktails, guests, and the energy of a great night out, Zack Perl realized something: he wasn’t just documenting experiences—he was quietly gathering all the insights needed to create one. From the way lighting transforms skin tones and sets a mood, to how glassware and plating enhances the color and texture of a dish, Zack understood that the best hospitality is both seen and felt. Some seating arrangements naturally create a beautiful muse and cinematic scene. Certain textures photograph better under warm tones while others capture the attention of content driven guests. And when you bring together the stylist’s eye, the chef’s palate, and the mixologist’s flair—magic happens. So, he built Tango & Dough—a modern, sexy, wood-fired lounge designed not only to serve incredible small bites and signature cocktails, but to stimulate every sense, especially the visual.
